_ Arrange and fix the meetings of CEO
_ Arrange international travels of CEO
_ Answer to Incoming and outgoing calls / faxes / emails.
_ Provide the customers (Doctors and pharmaceutical companies) with the information they need (take messages or transfer calls to the related sections).
_ Prepare minutes of meeting; follow up the execution status according to the minuets of meeting.
_ Arrange scheduling appointments / meetings, booking hotels, tickets for managers
_ Prepare presentation materials, reports and documents needed by CEO
_ Greeting and manage proper reception of foreign guests/companies.
_ Maintain filing system.
_ Arrange for the proper sending, receiving and filing all letters and documents.
Requirements
_ B.A. / B.Sc., preferably in English language or Management degrees
_ Min. 3 years of experience in administration / secretary position, preferably in foreign companies or pharmaceutical companies
_ Proficiency in office programs
_ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Outlook
_ Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
_ Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
_ Must be able to maintain confidentiality, trustworthy and excellent work skills
_ Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations
_ Excellent teamwork behavior and skills
_ Able to work extra hours in the afternoon, if necessary
