Job Description

  • Follow up and manage the daily activity plan of the manager.
  • Keep the manager's Information file up to date.
  • Follow up on ongoing plans and inform the manager about the progress.
  • Assist the manager in his administrative tasks (arrange and manage minutes of meetings, presentations, schedules, communication and correspondence with employees, records, information, documents, etc.).
  • Communicate for preparation of specific engagements, maintaining and tracking a detailed priority list of projects and engagements.
  • Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the associations including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the FMCG field.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Project management, time management, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of English and Farsi proficiency both written and spoken.
  • Analytical thinking capability.
  • Team player.
