Job Description

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, including print and digital advertising, social media, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative concepts and marketing objectives.
  • Lead a team of designers and artists, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to maintain high-quality work and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and evolve Dorsa's visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies/trends, and fashion developments to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.
  • Manage and allocate the budget for creative projects effectively.
  • Present and justify creative concepts to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Significant leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for luxury lifestyle brands can be a plus.
