Job Description
- Setting direction for the implementation of sales business plans in the assigned area.
- Overall planning of sales of products in the supervision area.
- Exploring & Studding the competitor’s movements in the target market.
- Identifying & tracking the sales goals in the supervision area.
- Providing input for the development of incentive plans for sales team.
- Controlling the amount of returns products and trying to reduce this amount.
- Resolving customer and distributors complaints regarding sales and service.
- Collecting customer feedback, market research and competitive analyses.
- Design and develop weekly and monthly plan for his team in line with company targets.
