● Manage and lead regional sales and distribution team and coordinate between sales and other staff.
● Plan, develop, and lead sales plans and other plans for companies in the area.
● Develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth in all market segments.
● Achieve targets for sales and distribution, profit contribution, and market penetration for assigned products.
● Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
● Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
● Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
● Plan, control, and monitor stock levels.
● Monitor sales records and analyze sales gaps in order to optimize sales performance.
● Provide regular reports to the national sales manager.
● Research and analysis of the market situation.
● Maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales team.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
● 5 years of experience in the same position (People with a history of working in FMCG have priority).
● Familiarity and full control of the province and the suburbs of the area.
● Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers.
● Team management and negotiation skills.
● Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Result-oriented.
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
