-Formulate strategies and action plans to market expansion and revenue growth in all market segments and finally maximize sales
-Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and distributors
-Compiling and analyzing sales figures
-Achieve the targets and goals for sales and distribution, profit contribution and market penetration set for defined area
-Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies
-Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skill and ensure that monthly sales target and KPIs are met
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Minimum 5 years of FMCG / consumer products with a strong sales and channel management background
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to lead, develop, and motivate sales personnel
-Advanced in MicroSoft Office, Powerpoint
-Effective report writing
-Good knowledge in English
-Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
