-Setting direction for the implementation of sales business plans
-Overall planning of sales of products in the supervision area
-Exploring & studying the competitor’s movements in the target market
-Ensuring promotions plan are set and followed throughout the year
-Identifying & tracking the sales goals in the supervision area
-Providing input for the development of incentive plans for sales team
-Controlling the amount of returns products and trying to reduce this amount
-Providing high level direct sales support to teams involved in promoting sales, retail channels in Order to create win-win business situations
-Resolving customer and distributors complaints regarding sales and service
-Managing, having supervising on daily & monthly activities and reporting from company’s distributors
-Collecting customer feedback, market research and competitive analysis
-Implementing regional presence of marketing and promotions programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for the key strategic brands region wide by gaining the active support of the trade
-Establishing close working relationships with the company distributors
-Ensuring quality of services and coverage by the sales force to distributors and customers
-Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Requirements
-At least a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or related fields
-At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales management
-Strong Forecasting, targeting and Reporting
-Negotiation skills
-Strategic planning skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Time management & problem solving
-Ability to work under pressure
-Good computer literacy (Micro Soft Office)
-Able to travel to different provinces frequently
-Gender preference: Male
