Be responsible for the execution of Last Mile delivery from fulfillment locations, with target to offer the best unified experience to customers:
-Develop, implement and continuously enhance last mile delivery solution
-Develop and implement detailed processes, quality controls and KPIs
-Put in place daily reporting for performance and order management, control result and put in place mitigation measures
-Organize, plan and control schedules
-Be proactive in identifying and assessing issues, put in place relevant solutions
-Coordinate with all relevant internal and external counterparts
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master Degree from top university (Tehran University / Sharif University / Shahid Beheshti University / Amir Kabir University) with proven record of strong academic performance
Diploma in Supply chain, Transport, Economics, Engineering preferred
-Working knowledge of last mile experience
-Strong Customer spirit to find solutions for the interest of end customers
-Strong track-record of project management and problem solving; high drive for results and initiative taking
-Solid analytical skills, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and developing/implementing recommendations
-Planning and organizational skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills for driving results in cross-functional team setting
-Team/collaboration based approach to decision making; detail oriented and excellent follow up
-Negotiation skills
-3 years of experience delivery & logistics, within well-known FMCG supplier or within e-commerce company, in Iran or in another country
-Previous experience in Project Management and operation fields is a plus
-Ideally, experience in international corporate contexts
