The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing assigned area’s sales performance, margin enhancement efforts and assembling a best-in-class sales team.
General tasks are:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of ihome's service
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
Requirements
- Proven experience in the sales
- At least 1 year team leading experience.
- Ability to priorities and handle multiple tasks
- Age: 26 - 35
