Job Description
We’re seeking an ambitious, result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead a high performing field sales team, build strong retailer relationships, and accelerate market share in fast-moving consumer goods.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (RIG, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned Area
• Lead and mentor Distributor’s field sales team to meet quarterly and annual Sales targets.
• Develop and execute area sales strategies aligned with brand goals and category plans
• Expand retailer base, promotions and key contracts
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and report insights to drive category growth
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to optimize in-store execution
• Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecasts by customer, report on market dynamics, competitor activities,
• Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners). Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales out, inventory level, order placement on-time etc.)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5+ years in FMCG market (Filed force Management).
• Background in dairy or beverage business is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and synthesize insights.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• People management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• English Knowledge .
