Job Description

One of the subsidiary companies of Fouman Chimie Industrial Group is looking for an Area Sales Manager. If you meet the following conditions, please send us your resume:

Provide leadership, expertise, and professional advice to the company on sales development matters, ensuring that the company’s business objectives are supported with the right sales development strategy.
Build and develop highly motivated, target-oriented distributors, capable of meeting or exceeding, demanding, and stretching targets and profit margin objectives.
Set direction for the implementation of the sales business plans and ensure their enforcement.
Ensure promotions or plans are set and followed throughout the year.
Monitor the market and competitors constantly.
Supervise the sales team to reach the targets.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales reports.
Perform research to identify new potential customers and channels for the business.
Follow up with the customers’ needs and demands as well as after-sales services.
Generate new product/service development ideas based on the voice of customers’ feedback.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Executive Management, or Marketing.
At least 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry (the haircare field is an advantage).
Microsoft Office skills; ability to prepare a report in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
Good public relations and teamwork skills.
At least an upper-intermediate level in reading, writing, and speaking.
Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
