TakapoTeb clinical application specialist has enough knowledge about medical Imaging devices (Mammography and Biopsy systems).She has overall responsibilities for providing the application training for customers (Physicians and Clinical staff)
Objectives:
To effectively educate customers /staffs in operation medical equipment proficiently and safely by ensuring customers satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and gather necessary documentation for customers.
• Customer education and equipment turn-over: conduct enough educational sessions.
• Being available to answer customer’s questions about training after the sessions.
• Keeping the knowledge up to date
