Job Description
Manage and coordinate technical field operations across agricultural production areas throughout Iran.
Monitor crop production processes and provide technical support on plant nutrition, crop protection, irrigation, and productivity.
Plan field operations based on regional crop patterns, climatic conditions, and harvesting calendars across different provinces of Iran.
Collect soil, water, leaf, fruit, and other agricultural samples in accordance with technical procedures and coordinate laboratory analysis processes.
Manage pre-harvest and post-harvest quality control activities.
Provide technical guidance and maintain effective communication with growers and suppliers.
Record field data, laboratory results, and operational activities in the ERP system and prepare regular technical reports.
Ensure agricultural production processes comply with company quality standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural production, crop nutrition, crop protection, and field operations.
Strong knowledge of Iran’s agricultural regions, crop distribution, and regional harvesting seasons, with proven field experience across different provinces.
Familiar with fruit, vegetable, and industrial crop production.
Experienced in proper sampling techniques for soil, water, leaf, fruit, and residue analysis.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
Willing to travel extensively and work in field conditions.
Valid driver’s license and active driving experience.
Military service completed (for male candidates, where applicable)
