Job Description

- Responsible for managing commercial department to develop company agricultural produce trade business in the local and international market - Gather, analyze, and provide industry and competitor intelligence information on a regular and continuous basis. - Research, prepare and execute a sales plan of commercial department - Manage and nurture existing and new client relationships across a wide range of stakeholders including farmers, producers, brokers, buyers and so on - Lead new customer acquisition on behalf of the business and manage all customer relationship. - Lead the contract and international trade affair in case of international deals. - Able to lead logistic, cold storage, inventory, shipping and so on in case of customer request

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in sales of inputs and agricultural produces. • Evidence of sound commercial knowledge and experience involving a full exposure to commercial principles, process and documentation in agriculture industry • Fluent in English especially in speaking and writing • Familiar with import/export affairs • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and stakeholders. • Minimum bachelor university degree in commercial management or agricultural engineering
