Job Description
- Responsible for managing commercial department to develop company agricultural produce trade business in the local and international market
- Gather, analyze, and provide industry and competitor intelligence information on a regular and continuous basis.
- Research, prepare and execute a sales plan of commercial department
- Manage and nurture existing and new client relationships across a wide range of stakeholders including farmers, producers, brokers, buyers and so on
- Lead new customer acquisition on behalf of the business and manage all customer relationship.
- Lead the contract and international trade affair in case of international deals.
- Able to lead logistic, cold storage, inventory, shipping and so on in case of customer request
