Job Description
-Monitoring and leadership of after sales department such as planning, managing & determination spare parts orders
-Set goals and deadlines for After Sales department
-Workshop management, ensures repair performance and efficiency, and Spare part planning
-Ensure accurate performance of warranty and adequate training to keep knowledge in service network up to date
-Tracking of key performance indicators (repair speed, spare part availability); definition and implementation of corrective measures
-Conduct service marketing to increase customers’ loyalty to after sales services
-Managing monthly report of warranted products, service products and returns products
-Planning and checking of workshop equipment, fixtures and tools
-Manage and follow up Quality issues
-Evaluation of after sales service agents, as well as monitor and grading them
