• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as sensitivity for handling confidential information are required. • Recognized as having a full administrative knowledge base and has accountability for taking action, following through and recommending change when needed. • Demonstrate working knowledge and skills regarding general administrative functions and performs these in support of supervisor/staff (telephone, e-mail etiquette, MS Office and internet). Reporting to: Administrative Manager Subordinates: 10 Number required: 1 Duration: 6 months contract Desired start date: ASAP Probation: 3 months Working hours: Sat-Wed 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Travel requirements: No

Requirements

University qualifications: Related university degree Previous experience: Minimum 4 years administrative experience required Other Skills: • Independently plan and execute work to meet assigned objectives. • Systematically thinks through/anticipates issues and identifies potential solutions • Manage own time and professional development. • Teamwork is critical to the position. • Candidate must be extremely detailed-oriented and possess the ability to work under pressure. • Must be a quick learner, able to set and juggle priorities by handling multiple tasks simultaneously Ideal Age Range : 30-50 Gender Preference : Male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills : Requires good command of English language Current Residence : Tehran
