Requirements
- BS or higher in Human Resources or any other relevant fields such as Management, executive management, industrial engineering and etc.
- At least 5 years experience as an administrative & Finance supervisor
- Full Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, Compensation and Wage Structure, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, labor relations and negotiation
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of financial management.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to understand and analyze financial data
- Ability to understand technical instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high quality document and report preparation

- Working knowledge of English language
