•Main Objective:
We are looking for an Administrative Expert who be aware of the whole aspect of Admin tasks and Payroll calculation
• Main Responsibilities:
-Coordinate staff recruitment and Schedule and organize interviews
-Answering staff and other related persons to company's projects
-Payroll task with Rahkaran System
-Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using an integrated management system
-Contract Preparation and related paperwork
-Liaising with relevant organizations and clients when needed (Social Security Organization, Ministry of Finance, Labor Ministry)
-Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-Controlling all administrative affairs, including attendance, Office cleaning and health & hygiene
-Staff control and evaluation
-Preparing Admin related procedures
Requirements
-More than 3 Years of experience as Admin professional
-University degree in Business administration, Human Resources or relevant fields
-Understanding of general admin and personal policies and procedures and aspects
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel
-Familiar with the laws of the Social Security Organization, Tax Administration and Ministry of Finance
-Managing conflicts
-Familiar with English
-Problem-solving skills; Resolve administrative problems; Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
-Responsible for confidential material and administrative duties
-Hard-working and being enthusiastic about learning and welcome to help the other to learn administrative processes
-Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
-Ability to exhibit patience while working under stress and pressure
-Flexibility & time management
-Good communication and interpersonal skills and team work ability
-Proficient in Rahkaran (HamKaran, Sepidar) is a big advantage
