Job Description

The objective of the role:

Increase the speed and quality of the visa process for our customers. Also, assist the executive admin with all daily tasks.

Responsibilities:


Generate German resumes, CVs, personal statements, recommendation letters, and emails, and fill out forms for clients in German.
Assist in document preparation for clients in different phases of the immigration process.
Coordinate with team members and get advice to create all necessary documents and files.
Check the proof of all German documents and texts.
Report to the executive admin.
Collaboration type: full-time - onsite.
Location: Elahieh - Fereshteh.
Probation period: 3 months with pay.
Working hours:10:00 am to 18:00 pm
Off days: 2 days a week.


Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in German Translation is considered an advantage.
German proficiency level: B1- B2.
At least 1 year of experience as a German translator/interpreter/teacher.
Discipline and teamwork skills.
