Job Description

-Handling all related HR reports -Preparing recruitment and training related reports -Implementing and coordinating of the staff's insurance activities -Keeping the records related to occupation, employment, training and termination of staff's work contract -Prepare or maintain employment records -Processing hiring-related paperwork -Preparing monthly report from Clock in/out Machine -Maintaining department records and reports -Responsible for employee contracts (revisions, extensions, terminations), master list updates -Reporting to: HR Manager

Requirements

-At least BS degree -At least 2 years of experience in HR zone -Excellent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) -Based in Tehran but willing to travel to Kermanshah if is needed -English proficiency specially fluency is an advantageous -Familiar with personnel recruitment, their selection, training, determining wages, labor relations as well as personnel information system -Ability to speak with others to convey information effectively -Ability to coordination in relation to the human resources issues such as training -Carefulness and paying attention to the details when performing tasks is a necessity -Being very punctual, precise, self-motivate, responsible & a good team player -Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and setting priorities -Effective communication and Excellent Public relationship -Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities -Being familiar with the employment procedures -Age range: 23-30
