
Job Description
The incumbent is responsible to manage all administrative activities of headquarter such as travel desk, transportation, Security Services, building maintenance, protocols and company events. To control Administration cost center and to reconcile monthly expenses with Finance department. To supervise all employee services including travel, security services, fleet management, events and all administrative activities. To handle/ Manage work permits, residence permits, tax clearances for International Assignees. To control office security / safety affairs including safe guard of company property and assets. To control the administration activity on a daily basis, to organize sanitary controls in order to keep healthy work environment, the incumbent has to supervise, motivate the Receptionist and Office Clerks to work in a way that ensures a high “customer satisfaction” among the personnel To perform a regular monthly inventory and check of all the Administration warehouses. In order to avoid overbuilding the stocks, the incumbent controls the Admin warehouse and has to monitor the stocks.
Requirements
University degree in HR or Business Administration Strong supervisory skills Minimum of 10 Years work experience 5 years Seniority required in automotive industry Good planning skills & time management Strong communication skills & team-oriented Detail-oriented & highly organized Being able to work under pressure Full command of English both written & spoken Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Full command of English, French, German both written & spoken Ideal Age Range: Maximum 45
