Job Description

- Preparing and managing correspondences in English - Sending and receiving official correspondences with clients and documentation of them. - Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary - Arranging appointments - File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Requirements

- Fluent in English (Ability to speak, and write well in English) - University qualifications: at least Bachelor certificate. - High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a short span of time - 22-35 years old - 2 years of experience
