
Job Description
The purpose of this role is to prepare proper, timely and systematic documentation and monitoring of the Company’s Accounts Receivables to ensure that all sources of inputs are captured and recorded providing assistance to the Business Finance Manager. Other requirements of the role will be to: Ensure timely follow up of Accounts Receivables. Follow up letter of credit establishments and amendments. Follow up for Performance Bond Guarantees and bid bond (submission and recovery from customer). Follow up on SSO Clearance for contracts. Regular weekly Accounts Receivables report. Reconciliations of standing invoices and collectable AR. Any other general accounting/ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Qualification/s: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Accounting. Language/s: English & Farsi is the main working language of the Company. Skills & Experience: Previous experience of accounts receivable within an Oil & Gas environment. Evidence of ability to handle lots of data entry work which is repetitive in nature. Experience: Evidence of good communication skills, mathematic & computing skills. Evidence of a pro-active, energetic and driven personality who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure business success. Familiar with LEAN principles, quality excellence, HSE Standards and Behavior is an advantage.
