Job Description

  • Supervise the accounting department
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements.
  • Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for payroll and all related affairs
  • Control sales and purchase invoices.
  • Prepare and analyze managerial reports.
  • Identify and implement accounting process and system improvements.
  • Supervise all accounting procedures, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Responsible for all taxes and SSO obligations
  • Provide a statement of VAT and seasonal TAX reports.
  • Perform all accounting operations based on standard and legal accounting principles.
  • Manage and adjust the discrepancy statements related to the accounts with other companies or contractors and customers.
  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation of annual audits.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills, in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of Tax and SSO.
  • Communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Familiarity with ERP system is the advantage.
