- Assisting with filing financial documents, data entry,
- Prepares accounting reports monthly and quarterly
- Follow up receivable
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Keep an the accurate records of customers’ budget ( Records all pending Invoices and received payments)
Requirements
- Graduate degree at least BS in Finance or Accounting
- Need at least 3 years of work experience in Finance Department
- Familiar with accounting software
- Excellent MS Office Knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask with acceptable accuracy
- Ability to overseeing budges and expenses
- Work under pressure and meet required deadlines
