Job Description
- Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit (loss) statement, financial statement)
- Preparation of seasonal and annual reports
- Analysis of financial accounts, regulation and enforcement of regulations, contracts , Calculate expense and share costs
- Insurance and social security related activities
- Controlling Sales & purchase Invoices
- Perform estimated cost calculations of goods
- Control and follow up receivable and payable accounts
- Prepare financial reports as per management requirements
- Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis
- Data entry and controlling
- Reporting to supervisor and managers
- Preparing seasonal reports and VAT
- Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements
- Preparation and adjustment of policies, guidelines, methods and financial procedures under board supervision
- Preparation and design of required forms, in order to coordinate the performance of financial affairs of different units
- Direct and coordinate financial activities Plan under supervision of board members
- Direct and coordinate the activities of workers in branches, offices, or departments of establishments, such as branch banks, brokerage firms, risk and insurance departments, or credit departments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter.
