Job Description

Experienced, Proficient, and Detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead the finance department; managing and overseeing daily accounting processes, from transaction recording and document control to account reconciliation and financial period closing; developing and improving financial systems and processes; and identifying, evaluating, and managing financial risks with an operational approach and a macro perspective on the organization’s finances.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee all accounting operations; ensure accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.

• System Development: Develop, implement, and oversee general accounting systems and procedures; continuously refine methods with appropriate internal controls.

• Tax & Legal Compliance: Full ownership of all tax obligations. This includes direct management of the “Moadian System” (electronic invoicing), VAT, corporate tax filings, and seasonal reporting.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare all statutory accounting reports and consolidated financial statements; lead the monthly general ledger closing process.

• Payroll Administration: Final approval of monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of incentives, overtime, and benefits in coordination with the HR department.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in the preparation of budgets and manage expenses across assigned accounts to ensure fiscal discipline.

• Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and facilitate the annual audit process.

• Data Integrity: Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions to maintain robust financial records.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of specialized accounting experience, with a proven track record in operational and managerial roles.

• Technical Expertise: Deep mastery of tax laws, commercial code, labor laws, and social security regulations.

Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of general accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial reporting standards.

• Software & Tools: Expert proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
