- Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
- Mentor and develop a small team of accounting professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- Proven experience in financial accounting and leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with accounting software, such as Sepidar.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
