Accounting Expert

Job Description

• Report to internal and external auditors, board members and direct supervisors • Perform all tasks relevant to the accounting department • Perform any other task as required by management and improve on all current activities • Assist in company development and protection of company assets • Review and evaluate all corporate requests and requirements • Assist in year-end closing processes • Develop and utilize financial models and analysis for Finance and Accounting department • Comply thoroughly with company requests, rules and regulations • Obtain and save financial documents daily • Obtain checked and approved financial documents verified by financial manager daily • Analyze the merchant account (debit) and demands • Analyze the merchant account (credit) and the application for the checks issuing debt after obtaining the necessary approval • Analyze the payable accounts (the tax and social security matters) and complete request application form for the issue checks • Compile extraction costs for preparing tax declaration • Compile formal purchase and sell bills for preparing tax declaration • Compile bank statements for preparing tax declaration • Create required financial reports • Assist to correct financial documents referred from auditor and Financial manager • Check and approve all financial documents and ensure the accuracy of the calculations and the absence of any contrary daily • Reporting to: Financial Manager, Financial and Administrative Director • Candidate must reside in the North or North West of Tehran • Working Hours: Sat-Wed 8:00-17:00 / Thu 8:00-13:00 • Probation Period: 1 month
