Job Description

- Analysis financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets ,liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. - Prepare, examine, or analysis accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. - Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. - Maintain or examine the records of government agencies. - Develop, maintain, and analysis budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. - Provide internal and external auditing services for business or individuals. - Analysis business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. - Preparation the insurance list / Calculation of salary - Perform the company policies in the department - Contributes to learn effort by accomplishing related result as needed. - Prepare final reports of activities for reporting to senior managers - Job requires being honest and ethical/being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligation - Compliance with company`s principles and internal laws and to defend company interests. - The job holder must keep company`s secret, ideas, and strategies against competitors and other persons. - Travel requirement: occasional within country

Requirements

- At least 4 years related work experience - Have a Bachelor`s degree in Accounting - Candidate should be dynamic/high personal motivation and a sense of urgency. - Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the company and out the company - Due to the nature of the business; the job holder will often be required to work long hours and should be available on mobile on 24 hours basis in case of emergency. - having good influencing / negotiation skills - Good knowledge of computer/ especially in the field of accounting software/financial analysis software/Tax Preparation software and insurance software - Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook - Good knowledge in principle and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Good knowledge in lows, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations and executive orders. - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. - The ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences - The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents - Good command of English both written and spoken - The ability for compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data - The ability for using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards - Job holder should be able to operate indecently with minimal supervision - Analyzing data or information /analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems - Updating, re-editing and using relevant knowledge Soft Skills: - Active listening - Analytical Thinking - Creative - Reliable - Hard working - Team work - Time Management - Goal Oriented - Detail Oriented - Effective fore casting - Military service done/exempted for male applicants
