Job Description

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journals, ledgers, and supporting schedules

Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow

Handle VAT, payroll tax, and other statutory reporting requirements

Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor account balances

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and customer ledgers

Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Maintain proper documentation for export transactions including shipping, invoicing, and customs

Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and government authorities

Assist in preparing reports for internal management and external stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in export-oriented companies preferred)

Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles in Iran

Experience with accounting software (Hamkaran System, Tally, or similar)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with customs documentation, LC, CIF/FOB, and shipping documents is a plus

Ability to work with multi-currency transactions and reconcile exchange differences

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

English proficiency is preferred (for working with international trade documents)
