Job Description

• Supervision on cash activities, including daily cash forecasting and cash reporting; • Being professional in all affairs of Business accounting. • Enough knowledge of warehouse accounting & taking out warehouse discrepancies. • Reporting all sales & financial transactions to the management. • Update receivables by totaling unpaid & undue invoices. • Preparing necessary daily, weekly & monthly sales & purchase reports. • Filing & documenting any invoice, sales or other transactions in a neat order comprehensible to management. • Reporting sales affairs of one good (item) in a working season. • Following foreign accounts affairs (deposit, balance, clearing accounts & etc.) & updating them & cooperation with Foreign Business management Department & following this department point of views & coordinating with them. • Controlling & following customers bounced cheque & outstanding. • Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines so that the company fulfills all legislative reporting requirements. • Prepare standard reports from statistical and accounting information according to stated schedules so that all required information is available for review in a timely manner.

Requirements

Good knowledge of accounting. Having 15 years of experience in accounting Having B.Sc. or Associate degree in accounting Having good command in English in both writing and speaking Practical knowledge of IT skills especially MS office Energetic and social High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills
