Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations about products and services to clients based on their requirements.
- Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and expanding the market by building relationship with prospective clients.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Follow up on projects to ensure the customer satisfaction by solving issues and complaints regarding pre-sales and after-sales services.
- Preparing report to sales manager about market situation and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, ICT, IT or computer engineering.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Great teamwork skills and flexibility.
- Demonstrate high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Knowledge about optical telecommunications is an advantage.
