•Main Objective:
Account Director acts as the company's representative for the clients and the client's representative in the agency meetings and seeks to establish long-term and trusting relationships with the clients. This job position is responsible for overseeing all activities assigned to each customer and developing sales of services to them.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Identifying the necessary requirements to strengthen the department
-Maintaining and developing customer relationships and managing their expectations
-Adopting appropriate approaches in order to obtain customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
-Communicating with the marketing department in order to receive the project and start operating in the company after the approval of senior management
-Monitoring the activities of account managers to ensure timely and quality presentation of projects
-Resolving challenges and conflicts between account managers, clients and work teams in the agency
-Participating in external meetings in order to know and gain knowledge about the current and future conditions of customers
-Providing continuous reports to senior management on how to advance projects and customer feedback
-Leading internal meetings of cooperation between departments in order to advance the project according to the suggestions of project managers
Requirements
-At least having Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, MBA, Marketing is preferred)
-Minimum 4 years of experience in related fields
-Familiar with the activities of each department in advertising agencies
-Having Time management ,stress, teamwork and high interpersonal relationships skills
-Being Flexible & proactive and Result-oriented
-Capable of doing multiple projects simultaneously
-Excellent command of project management software
-Ideal Age Range: 28 - 45
