Summary

The main focus of the Access and Public Affair Lead is to contribute to the Ecosystem Healthcare Shaping in order to reach our Long term Company Vision through a close engagement and partnership with Senior decision and policy makers. Contribute to defining and Implementing the Market access, Pricing and Reimbursement strategies.

The Access and Public Affair Lead reports to the Country Manager.

You will be responsible for:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, policy makers, payers, regulators, and medical universities.
- Develop and implement a policy and market access plan for the country that aligns with local challenges and the company’s long-term vision.
- Co-create and intervene with policy makers on strategies and initiatives that advance the company's ambitions, including value-based health care and innovative funding.
- Scan and interpret policies, regulations, and trends in Iran to inform business decisions and ensure timely action plans for key therapeutic areas.
- Coordinate local trade association issues and collaborate with internal and regional (CEETRIS) market access communities to share best practices and drive project implementation.

Who You Are

- Mastery in communication, assertiveness, and the interpersonal skills necessary to understand stakeholder needs and inspire teams toward a shared vision.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in market access, health policy shaping, or government affairs, combined with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- The ability to provide clear strategic direction and act as an effective system thinker who can oversee government affairs execution.
- A high degree of knowledge in diplomacy, public health, management, and professional integrity, combined with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- You are Fluent in Farsi and English (spoken and written).
- Military service completion or exemption required for male applicants
