*Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Pharmacist to join our dynamic Market Access & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s efforts to achieve optimal market entry, pricing, and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role requires analytical thinking, effective communication, and a strategic mindset to drive value creation across the organization.

*Key Responsibilities:
• Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for new molecules.
• Liaise with health authorities and regulatory bodies to secure market entry.
• Analyze healthcare market trends and competitor access conditions.
• Support commercial teams in formulary inclusion and tender processes.
• Identify and evaluate new product and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct market research and profitability assessments for target APIs.
• Coordinate licensing, distribution, and sourcing negotiations.
• Manage strategic relationships with local and international partners.
• Support planning of portfolio expansion and deal execution.

*Requirements:
• Pharm.D (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AI provider engines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
