Job Description
-Intermediate level knowledge of 2G Radio optimization
-Intermediate level understanding of Huawei 2G RAN parameters
-Intermediate level knowledge of call flows of different procedures
-Hands on experience of basic Huawei tools Like U2000 and associated processes
-Intermediate level knowledge of planning principles along site design, antenna parameters, physical optimization etc. and ability to use basic mapping tools (Mapinfo, Google Earth etc.)
-Intermediate Level understanding of Huawei CS and PS KPIs/counters
-DT analysis expertise is necessary with good command on any basic DT analysis tool like Actix, Genex probe etc.
-Intermediate level understanding of end to end 2G system architecture
-Intermediate level understanding of MS office specially Excel
-Basic programming capability is a plus (VBA macros etc.)
-Ability to communicate in English is a basic requirement
