Zomorodi Jewelry, which is more than 150 years old, is managed by Zomorodi's family, who are one of the outstanding and well-known families in the field of jewelry in Iran.
The first generation named Sheikh Mohammad Zomordi opened his first store in Tehran Grand Bazaar in 1250 , which was the most important center for gold and jewelry trade back then, and his competency made him the Chairman of the goldsmith's union. Owing to that, the title "Nazem" was added to their family name.
The second generation named Haj Ahmad Nazem Zomordi (Tehran-1275), who had learned goldsmithing and jewelry making skills from his father over the years, was able to continue his father's job as well and pass it on to the next generation.
Abdolhossein Nazem Zomordi (the third generation) was born in this family in 1321 and over the years has maintained his family business with a modern approach in Tehran's Grand Baazaar.
At present, this highbred and olden brand, under the management of Mr.Amir Nazem Zomordi, the head of Zomorodi Gohar Negar Company, has been able to make many changes, including new management in the field of production and sales by using modern knowledge and technology, and developing different branches of this brand. By doing all of these, he has strengthen the company's position in gold and jewelry field more than ever.
