Pros

The culture and the work environment is good. There are not much tension in work place. You could experience the professional work with high educated and experienced co workers.

Cons

Here It is a little bit hard to establish a formal routine for the workflow and it could make the projects take longer time to complete. And sometimes you could see the inconsistency between the different units of the company.
