+ Happy and friendly environment. + Almost timely payment of salaries. + Growth for creativity.

- Weakness in employee valuation. - Unfair salary pay for some employees - My salary was not paid for a full month.

Pros
Beside its professional ground for working, what I loved most about Teleyare was absolutely congenial space and hard-working team members.
Cons
Startups are always challenging and sometimes consuming. The bitter fact of the company was a lack in investment, specially in its human capital.
