In addition to designing and executing residential, administrative, commercial, and medical projects, the company has specialized in hospitality and tourism projects, particularly hotels. Consequently, along with implementing international design and execution standards and collaborating with specialized groups active in this field, the company has established extensive cooperation with international hotel groups to acquire and apply their standards and requirements in the design and construction of its projects.
The company has expanded its activities as a specialized design and execution group with approximately 100 permanent technical and engineering staff. It offers all technical and engineering services in various fields—including structural engineering, architecture, electrical and mechanical installations, interior architecture, as well as economic studies and feasibility assessments—under one roof to its clients. The company also possesses a complete execution team equipped with all necessary equipment, enabling simultaneous design and execution processes to reduce costs and execution time for clients.
