Tadvin & Co was established in June 2002, pursuant to the approval of formation of the Iranian Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Law which proclaimed the legitimacy of obtaining professional services from the expert and qualified accountants. Accordingly, all the audit partners and technical staff of Tadvinco, who had built up over 30 years experience of rendering professional services were transferred to the newly established firm. Tadvin & Co has been engaged in performing audit and related assurance services and acting as legal inspector since its inception. Tadvin & Company enjoys a large client base, among them many of the well-reputed international companies operating in Iran. In addition to being a member of the Iranian Association of Certified Public Accountants, Tadvin & Co has been designated by the Stock Exchange Organization of Iran as one of their Authorized firms to do the audit of listed public companies. Tadvin & Co has established a new line of business in the field of internal auditing, whereby the missions are performed in line with the IIA and COSO standards and principals. It is an expanding line of business and requires additional staff in all levels to absorb this expansion. Tadvin & Co has managed to receive the award of ACCA Approved Employer Trainee Development, Gold Level in recognition of the support provided to ACCA students and affiliates working towards the ACCA professional scheme qualification.
