We Energize Society! Our tradition dates back 150 years. In 1866, Werner von Siemens converted mechanical energy into electrical energy making it applicable to everyday life. He exerted the kind of courage, drive, and determination we need today. As an independent company, Siemens Energy opens a new chapter in the Siemens history of energy technology. We will keep the best of our legacy while pushing the boundaries of what is possible. That is how we shape the energy of tomorrow. At Siemens Energy, our mission is to empower our customers to meet the growing global demand for energy while transitioning to a more sustainable world. Our innovative technologies, extensive energy experience and an ambitious strategy to decarbonize global energy systems are all central to our efforts to be the partner and driver of the energy transition. Our core activities are in the field of Power Generation, Power Transmission, Renewable Energy and Industrial application.
We invest in career growth and the best development opportunities for employees at all levels within our organization. We care about protecting the climate and want all of society to have access to clean, affordable, and reliable energy. Conducting business with integrity is a priority, because we know and do what's right. Our employees, business partners and stakeholders matter to us, and that's why we strive to keep them safe and healthy. We also see the power of promoting a culture where employees feel respected and valued, and want every employee to feel comfortable bringing their whole self to work.
