Rigan Khodro Co. has been registered in Tehran in 1386 with the registration number of 302600. The main subject of activity in this company is to design, develop, manufacture, production, assembly, purchase, sales, distribution, import, export, trade of vehicles and related equipment and parts. In 1392 after a period of pause in the activities due to the situation of automobile industry in the country and mainly the condition for the Kerman Khodro Group, the new mission of this company has been identified to supply engine and gearbox for Kerman Motor new brands of JAC. For this purpose, correspondences has been conducted with the company of DAE as the largest engine and gearbox manufacturer of China under the license of Japanese Mitsubishi co. In this regard we managed to start our activity in the beginning of 1394 with a change in the management team jointly invest and cooperate tin production of engine and gearbox with the technology of Mitsubishi. Moreover the activities have been conducted in order to produce automatic gearboxes with the ZF technology. Also in the field of producing passenger cars with in different classes and types. For this Rigan Khodro co. has negotiated with some Asian and European auto-makers. In this regards by finalizing the study, the final plan including 2 years till the first production is finished. This company intends to be among the best players in the market.
