Pasargad E&P is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company listed on the qualified Iranian E&P Companies by Ministry of Petroleum to partner with international oil companies that are interested in the Iranian market under Iranian Petroleum Contract (IPC) and NISOC model of contracts. It is also qualified to act as an independent operator. Having its headquarters in Tehran, Iran, Pasargad E&P was formed and registered in 2016 with the objective of participating in the development of Iran’s oil & gas sector in compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards. Pasargad E&P, is owned by the Pasargad Energy Development Company, in which one of its distinctive shareholders is Pasargad Bank, the leading Iranian private bank with a continuous high growth rate.
