Nafis glass complex was built in a 25 hectare land in Takestan industrial zone Of Qazvin province and was launched at the beginning of 2016. This factory which has been accomplished with the help of Iranian engineering and labor force,is equipped with tmost modern machines. This plant is designed for two,white and colored furnaces of soda lime type with 8 production lines. The furnaces with 8 production lines are in a hall with an area of 30,000 square meters and the pulling rate of the Furnaces is about 360 tons per day each. Currently,the first furnace with the capacity of 360 tons per day has been launched with 4 production lines. The project of establishing Nafis glass (nonpublic) was started in order to provide part of the growing needs of Industries to different kinds of glass bottles and jars in Takestan industrial zone in 2010 and lunched in 2014. This plant was established in a land area of 25 hectares. The foundation of its production halls with the warehouses are over a hundred thousand square meters. The first phase of the plant has a single 360-ton furnace with 4 production lines and about one and half million of Bottles and jars are produced daily in different colors. Due to the high quality of the products, part of the factory capacity of the plant is allocated for export abroad. By setting up the second phase of the plant in the near future, the final capacity production will Increase by a hundred percent to 720 tons a day.
