Shabani Trading Co. was founded in 1993 in Tehran and started manufacturing home appliances under the brand Mehr Jam Sadid (MGS). With 25 years of experience in trading and supplying goods, the company conducted a market research study in 2010-2012 to examine the possibility of becoming self-sufficient in the manufacturing of kitchen pots. In 2012, MGS took the first steps toward launching its first pot production line with the aim of supplying the demands of the local market, developing the market, and exporting products. The production line opened on February 2014 at the 35th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. With the capacity to manufacture 7,000 products per day, MGS has the biggest kitchen utensil production line in the Middle East. This could not have been possible without the following distinguishing characteristics: 1. Experienced and creative engineers and technicians 2. A smart fully mechanized production line with advanced fully automated machinery in accordance with global standards 3. Specialization and planning to promote efficiency in production 4. Supervising and monitoring employee performance 5. Timely and continuous quality control Through strategic planning, macro policies, and long-term vision statements, MGS has always tried to meet the requirements of global standards in production. Funding research projects has helped the company stand out among the numerous trading-production organizations.
