Pros

It gives teachers the opportunity to work in an IB school, which brings professional growth. The school has a dynamic atmosphere.

Cons

Very energy and time-consuming for teachers. There's heavy workload and high expectation from teachers. Unfortunately owners and supervisors do not support teachers in difficulties, and so there's high staff turnover, which makes the job unstable and not secure for teachers. In general, teachers are not respected as they should be although they are mostly competent and skilled.

میزان رشد و پیشرفت و دیده شدن در این مجموعه بسیاز بالا بوده و به دلیل خاص بودن مخاطبان و مشتریان خدمات به لحاظ اجتماعی باعث افزایش قدرت برقراری ارتباط و هنر مذاکره و همچنین مدیریت بحران در مواقع ضروری می شود .

Cons

به دلیل بزرگ بودن جامعه هدف ( ازدیاد جمعیت دانش آموزان در این مجتمع ) در برگزاری پروژه ها سنگینی کار بسیار زیاد است
