The payments were on time and guys tried to be polite.

Cons

The company was sales oriented and gave little or non significance on other experties. Moral codes were no observed and back biting was a norm. The company had no vision, information was not shared systematically even with concerned people. Abnormal discriminatory behavor could be witnessed when it came to payments and benefits.
