I develop my new ideas based on the company strategies in field of turbomachinery and other industrial products. This allowed me to keep moving forward with my work and proved to management that nothing could stop me from completing objectives on time."

Cons

The challenge is to persuade the managers to invest in some new areas, although here the managers are always open to new ideas but the current condition of country prevent companies to "leap in the dark".
